To love yourself, is to know yourself.

A big intention for me is connecting to my inner child more deeply. Authenticity has been a word that I've been connecting in with. Who am I? Who am I on a soul level? What would my little ME do?Sitting and reflecting yesterday, I started journaling and this came through .... Me=We. We are one, always together forever. You are my light, my bright star, you complete me even if we seem far. What to do, I love you. What to be, we shall see. Up high or down low, forever we will go. No matter what, you will find me in your heart. I am you and you are me. There is nothing needed but LOVE. Don't focus on what to do or who to be for everything you need is me. What I got from that is that we are love. We are perfect on a soul level. Our authentic self, our inner child, our highest self, our soul self ... Is always the true us. Our true self is free from fear, free from ego, free from all the limiting beliefs that we have accumulated throughout our lives. So when we connect in with love for ourselves, when we nourish ourselves, when we are able to shine our most vulnerable authentic light out into the world to be received, that's where all the true magic happens. You don't need to do anything. You don't need to accomplish more. You don't need to be more than you are in this exact moment. When you are feeling disconnected from your authentic self, all you need to do is think of that little you and send him/her love. Let that little girl/boy know that you are here now and you love them so much! That little inner child is still you, just inside waiting to be loved. When you're confused in life and wondering what to do - think back to that little girl/boy and see what used to light them up. What did your little me like to do growing up? Ask yourself throughout the day, "what would my little me do?" Play more, laugh more, dance more, sing more, be creative, and flow with life.
